Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Launder towels once a week. 2. Use hot water and det...

All Terror Attacks In Kenya Have One Factor At Play

I refuse to be deluded along religion , tribe or race on the ongoing poor levels of security. Mohammed, kinyua,Obama, muuna, mulwa, joho all share one thing. We are human with ability to feel pain, fear & get overridden by emotions. We are all at risk! Wether im right on my observations or wrong its my opinion. To start with this is nothing to do with terror and Somali incursion! This is nothing to do with islamic as a religion or any constitution fundamentals. To me this is a pure sabotage scheme, however I dont know sabotage to what! First all attacks have one factor at play; Maybe its my instincts but i have observed that the recent 2014 terror attacks have happened a day before Uhuru Kenyatta travels abroad OR...the day he arrives from foreign visits...FOR INSTANCE... 1. The Likoni church attack happened on March 23rd and Uhuru's road trip to Tanzania was on March 24th. 2. Eastleigh blast was on March 31st and Uhuru was scheduled to travel to Belgium/Turkey on 1st April. 3. The Pangani police station attack happened the day Uhuru Kenyatta came back from Qatar. (April 23rd) 4. ‪#‎ MombasaBlast‬happened today (May 3rd) and Uhuru is set to travel to Nigeria tomorrow (March 4th) for a 3 day state visit. 5.as if mombasa blast was not loud enough a few hours before Uhuru jets to Nigeria another blast has happened. Lets not forget there similarities ( all are simultaneous and involved Psvs) All these are very good indicators to something in security. Al shabab would for sure not be interested in buses & all that again are we in a free entry country?? Look at the police & how they have managed to scare the towns with the Alcoblow gadget. Look at how much police invest in terms of time commitment and numbers at an Alcoblow points. Look at there commitment on weighbridges! Something is seriously amiss here, without fully ruling out terror there is more than meets the eye. Its becoming a mileage battle where kenyans are being sacrificed for a certain greed. Im quite sure that somalis are more comfortable in there nation than we kenyans. With there kismayu I can attest they are experiencing less bombs & blasts than the capital of East Africa. Its either some president in the Region is sponsoring that to distabilise kenya and shift base & that points to the gay man or someone strong in kenya is sponsoring it to gain certain benefits & mileage! Its the time kenyans march to state house & demand security. Its time we deploy more forces than surround them near state protocols! Its the time kenyans demand for a comprehensive report on the ongoing operation. We might be killing somali businesses and installing more billionaires. As I said this is an eye opener and the pointers are many! By Lau-rence Generali Baimungi via facebook
