Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Not every person is going to understand you

not-every-person-understa.jpg Not every person is going to understand you and that’s okay. They have a right to their opinion and you have every right to ignore it. There are three sides of an opinion. Yours, others and the right one. Never mind if they ignore you. What is important is you have given your side, whichever is right that depends on whoever will give the opinion. If he is your friend you may be right but if he is your detractor definitely you will be wrong. To try to explain yourself endlessly , will take a toll , so do yourself a favor and free yourself from those that constantly judge you, they have no right, take control of your life and leave them behind. My belief is wrong but may be right if discussed; and your belief is right but may be wrong if discussed. People do have a right to there own opinion, that’s cool, but if they are rude about it, you have the right to ignore them and walk away. I don’t want everyone to know everything about me to be able to understand me anyway. That would be too easy and too predictable. You don’t need to be understood by others. Just embrace yourself for who you are.
