Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Wanjiku must unite to save kenya from wolves

Change is inevitable in life, Its what brings the better or worse out of us. I still hold to the school of thought that , "lets be ready to change what we are for what we can become" Fighting for our beloved country, Fighting for equitable resources division, Fighting against the spirit of nepotism, The vividly expressed devil of gagging patriots and sending threat signals to those who speak against impunity. Its going to be a daring task, where braveness, togetherness, brotherhood & love must bring us close more than ever before. The current breed of kenya leaders is notably marked by a conglomerate of wolves in sheeps skin. People pretending to be leaders while diving us, killing us & raking millions out of fishy deals! - What do our leaders feel when people are dying out of hunger & many others at the verge of the same; -Hundreds of school going children now at home due to poverty, -a country with agriculture on its death bed. Tea , coffee , miraa, -a country with low education standards, -a country with thousands of jobless youths, -a country with very few notable refferal hospitals while our leaders are spending millions in hotel meetings & tours spending millions in buying junk machines, baptised names like borehole drilling machines ~spending millions in non-existent projects like a talent academy that has ghost workers. ~spending millions in a fishy confusing community conservancy project. As a patriot I choose to stand Firm, undisturbed by the demons of old adage that believes in sucking our people to death. Its the high time we exhibit the most expected of a people who love there land, people & justice in defending them against a bad government. I thank all the stakeholders at home & away who are expressing unconditional great support to this revolution; a cause that believes in bringing our people out of the chains of impunity & bad leadership. Great weekend my beloved compatriots!....
