How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut. No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut). Again the father screamed: “You are a champion!” The voice answered: “You are a champion!”
The boy was surprised and confused.
Then the father explained: “People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.

If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This applies to everything, in all aspects of life; Life will give you back everything you have given to it.”
