*Breathing in and out is life...
*Been born and dying is also part of life...
*Sickness and health is equally part of life...
*Being young and getting old is life...
*Happiness is not the absence of problems...
but the absolute confidence that any

* If your health begins to fail today,
Would wealth mean anything?
The moral of the story is...
Life is a journey of souls, we must nature our associations daily.
Just like we need food everyday to nourish and maintain healthy bodies, our soul needs spiritual food.
When we nourish our souls spiritually on a daily basis through prayer, meditation and have Faith... Our journey becomes worthwhile. We begin to visualize and know our destination.
Focus on the journey ....enjoy the journey. This then translates to a life well lived.
