1. You see with your brain, not your eyes. Eyes function like a camera, capturing light and sending data back to the brain for it to form image.
2. In a normal life span your eyes will see almost 24 million images of the world around you.
3. Amazing fact is that although our nose and ears keep growing throughout our lives, our eyes remain the same size from birth.
4. All babies are color blind at birth.
5. A newborn baby will cry, but not produce any tears. Babies do not produce tears until they are around six weeks old.

blood supply. It takes in oxygen directly from air.
