Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Launder towels once a week. 2. Use hot water and det...

SIGNS HE WOULD BE AN UNLOVING HUSBAND

An unloving husband is the kind you wouldn’t want to get married to; marriage with an unloving man would be full of regrets and thinking of “if I had known”.
Not every man would love you the way you should be loved and treat you the way you should be treated. So, when dating, it’s important to note if that’s the kind of man you would want to spend the rest of your life with.
These are signs that he would be an unloving husband.
1. HE’S NEVER WRONG
We all make mistakes; there is no perfect person on earth, and no matter how careful you are, you must surely make a mistake or wrong your partner, which you should apologise for. But an unloving husband would never acknowledge his mistakes and would never believe he’s wrong.
2. HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL
An unloving husband wouldn’t care about how you feel; he would even hurt your feelings without knowing.
3. HE DOESN’T LISTEN TO YOU
A man who doesn’t listen to you or take what you say seriously would end up being an unloving husband.
4. HE MAKES PLANS WITHOUT YOU
If he doesn’t include you in his plans or make plans without considering your input or wanting any input from you, you should be careful; such a man would most likely be an unloving husband.
5. HE ALWAYS WANTS THINGS TO GO HIS WAY
An unloving husband would want to dominate and control the relationship; he would want things to go his way all the time. This is a toxic behaviour that you should be wary of.
6. HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THOSE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
A loving husband would care about your happiness and do things to make you smile. He would do those little things that signify love, but an unloving husband wouldn’t.
7. HE’S NOT CONSISTENT
Love is consistent, and a loving husband is consistent, but the same cannot be said of a man who would end up being an unloving husband; he could love you today and be a different man tomorrow, he could care about you today and be far from it the next day.
8. HE SEES YOU AS THE PROBLEM
Never be with a man who always sees you as the problem, as his problem or the one who does everything wrong. He would end up being an unloving husband.
9. HE DOESN’T RESPECT YOU
Love breeds respect; and an unloving husband isn’t the type that would treat you with respect. If he hurls abuses at you, shouts at you, hits you or treats you rudely in front of others — then that’s disrespect.
10. HE KEEPS MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES
When he keeps making the same mistakes, and refuses to learn or doesn’t even pay heed to the fact that he’s hurting you with those mistakes, then he might end up being an unloving husband.
Believe it or not, an unloving husband would show signs of what you should expect; all you have to do is pay attention.
