Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Launder towels once a week. 2. Use hot water and det...

SIGNS HE DOESN’T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE YOUR HUSBAND

We talk about women being or not being good enough for marriage all the time, so I think it makes sense to talk about men for a bit too.
I know it’s kinda difficult to tell who cares and doesn’t really, but I also have always said that if you didn’t see the signs before it happened, then you didn’t pay enough attention. There’s nothing that happens without some sort of warning. The worst people in marriage always showed the signs during the dating stage. Sadly, we mostly choose to not see them. It shouldn’t be so. Better to lose it now than lose it tomorrow after you would have paid a heavy price too.
Here are some signs that guy you’re seeing is not the type you should consider for marriage.
YOU DON’T SHARE THE SAME BELIEFS AND VALUES
When your beliefs and values don’t align, what you’ll likely get is disagreement. And if you manage to steer that relationship clear of it before the children come, when they do eventually come, what happens? Whose values will be instilled? Whose religion will be followed? These things seem minor in the start, but when it gets real and children are involved, it’s a different type of case.
HE DOESN’T SUPPORT YOUR NEEDS
It’s absurd to think you’re in a relationship, and feel completely alone at the same time. It’s funny that you have a partner, yet he can’t take care of your needs in even the smallest way. No support whatsoever? Something is off!
YOU’VE CAUGHT HIM LYING A FEW TIMES
If it has happened more than twice, I suggest you be careful. A man who keeps doing the same thing regardless of how it hurts you is not just incorrigible, but bad for you.
YOU CAN’T TALK ABOUT SOMETHING SERIOUS WITH HIM
If he avoids serious conversations then surely why are you even together? He clearly doesn’t take you seriously and that is not someone that you can confide in.
HE’S A CHEATER
Marrying a cheating man is like signing your own death certificate. You’ll be in for one hell of a marriage. I wish you the best.
HE SHOWS NO SIGNS OF COMMITMENT
He just wants to keep you there for his own convenience and nothing more. He acts like a kid and you accommodate his game. This is not a husband material in any way.
HE DOESN’T LIKE SHARING THE CHORES
A man who doesn’t believe he should do as much work as you do in a relationship isn’t good for you. If he’s that bad during the dating stage, imagine what you’d be in for when marriage finally begins.
Check that man, and be sure you’re making a decision you won’t regret for the rest of your life.
