It’s Not Whether You Get Knocked Down, It’s Whether You Get Up

Learning to admit and to deal with disappointment is an important lesson in life. The world of sport is so that there is usually a winner and the loser, and this experience of being one or the other is a useful figure.

It is inevitable that there can be useful persons who go out of the play defeated in preparation or in the competition, but it is crucial to encourage them to realize that losing is nothing to be ashamed of. We will always have that one person is a sore loser. By  learning to keep and understand your emotions and suffering, you will develop resilience that will propel you forward in life.

After all, take some obstacles, learn to distinguish in frustration and pick up yourself when you fall. Be a winner and never give up once you have breath. It's not about reaching the finish line that matters but rather the strength to get up and get going. I wish you all the best.
