How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut. No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut). Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori, salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. JIRONGO,..was a slang being used to describe a KSH 500 note( legal tender) in Uasin Gishu( Eldoret) 15 yrs ago when I used to live there!This slang was coined when former Lugari Mp. Cyrus Jirongo printed fake KSH 500 notes during the YK92!This initiative was a secret campaign machinery to ensure retired president Moi was re elected in 1992 general elections!WSR was also part of this YK92 and they were close associates with Jirongo!Moi gave then money for campaigning but Jirongo hid the cash and printed fake KSH 500 notes and used the fake notes to campaign!This was a serious offence but Moi protected him from prosecution.
Jirongo is a non starter and jealous of WSR's achievements in life given that the fact that they started this political journey together almost most 28 yrs ago.Today WSR is the DP of the republic of Kenya while Jirongo holds no politics position even a simple MCA!
