How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut. No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut). Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori, salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. I want you to take three seconds and think…
When is the last time you put something off that you dreamt about doing?
Maybe you want to write a book, hike a mountain, or start a side business and every time you think about doing it you get excited.⠀
⠀
But then, you said "tomorrow" and then months later you still did... NOTHING.
It's important to keep the promises you make to yourself because it's directly correlated with your confidence and how much you value yourself.

Start taking on challenges that are difficult for you to do.
⠀
But be careful.
Do not lose focus on what you are trying to do. If you do, you’ll grow your negative thoughts and they will start to control your future behaviors.
⠀
If you choose to believe negative thoughts you’ll slowly start to devalue yourself and your dreams. You’ll never get started.
Those thoughts are very powerful. But there’s one thing that will help build confidence and breakdown resistance… action.
We talk a lot about taking action at Rich Dad. Nothing happens without it.
So if you plan to write a book, hike a mountain, or start a business… START!
It doesn’t matter if you feel like it, you won’t. It doesn’t matter if it’s as good as you envision it to be, it’s not.
But over time, it will get better and easier.
To taking action,
Robert Kiyosaki
