How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut. No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut). Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori, salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. By Lau-rence Generali Baimungi Im one analyst who believes in keeping my observations open! Joining a political party in any sober mind should be based on the ideologies, composition & laid out strategies of running a nation. Political parties remain the powerhouse that powers a nation forward or backward. That is what a nation with competitive parties forms good democracies. Speaking as a staunch member of Odm I must express my happiness of what the party has achived, my complaints & dissatisfaction! However-the Much hyped Orange party & the largest party in kenya is slowly but sure drifting into a miserable situation. A situation that the only remedy might be its death. Odm is greatly an architect of wanting to bring out the democratic space in this republic(oDM). The lacking space that has resulted into this country being run through underhand methods, formation of cartels & a money syndrome politricking. This D for democracy is quickly becoming silent! Today with the party being sure of a nationalwide interest from all politician for being the first party to run an election Odm should have been more prepared! What we are seeing today are results of inappropriate planning & disguising positive feedback. What Raila fails to know is he is the top most looser if Odm fails, he will have fed on his own intestines! Raila fails to be a clever man, the man I know here. The people you let to be your pillars have sold you for a shilling. They are same cartel that rose to seats in the last election & you went home. Now now- are you forgeting Mudavadi? Today is a result of your own downfall. I see the babylon tower crumbling down like a castle of breads. We said chaos shall be used as a counter system. People questioned the credibility of this empty man Aladwa. It has come to pass! People complained of a sham planning- where does elections start at 4 pm kenyan time? Now we are back to square one. The attacks to Hon. Mwaura Isaacare barbaric & shallow. More lacking in content. He is just a scape goat to the ashamed big problem lying at orange house. The meeting Raila is saying he will call is a thing of the past. Infact mwaura is a brave man in a great dimension. Being nominated here is out of question. He did not buy that he worked for it. He is doing well in bunge than most- he was taken to bunge by virtue of fighting for the plight of disabled & he is winning. Look at Sakaja Johnsonin tna another nominated case doing bravo. So those on Mwauras sleeve - Learn to fill your ears not to be programmed like machines. Have you insulted those who blocked Hon Aburifrom getting there?? Odm im not a proud comrade tonight - we cant be fighting for a cause we dont trust in DEMOCRACY. We owe this nation an explanation - Alfred keter is doing better than the opposition put together. We are fighting ourselves at an alarming rate! The third step before death! Now the fries are cooked. One bullet one gun its a do or die but I see we have decided to die! Owe unto you baba tinga!
