Interesting things to know about the towel

Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Launder towels once a week. 2. Use hot water and det...

DIRGE FOR JUMA!
Carried by the wings of swan,
Bearing the cut of enemies that won,
Playing dead in the script of life,
Letting an innocent wife to play widow,
On this journey as you set,
Behind a country, only tears to let,
Fare thee well Juma!
Beating the coffin for the truth you told,
For a country you beheld,
Now the dust early you beat,
Your children crying and saying be it,
Just because truth you had to call,
Early you set to an early hole,
Fare thee well Juma.
If only time spared you some more,
If only truth let you life,
If only the gun shot life in you,
If only death meant life some more,
Too bad now a forgotten tale,
The young and old bearing the lose,
As finally your curtains close,
For now in this play of life,
Finally you play from behind the curtains!
Behind you leave a wife,
Behold children full of life,
A country bearing a wound,
And pain playing the sound,
Tears only making a flow,
For a man that had to glow,
Takes the grave, even if we bow, still we suffer a big blow,
Fare thee well Juma!
Just wishing, hoping and praying,
Trying the spirit of forgiving,
If only a gun shot played a camera shot,
For every other shot to bring some light,
Too bad darkness only craving the night,
Man of might no longer at sight,
If only looking beyond our eyes would bring a picture of you,
In this play of life,
Just play dead,
Fare thee well son of Juma!
