The African excels in one area; taking advantage of another fellow's desperate situation. As soon as it starts to rain, the cost of umbrellas and matatu fares rise. If you land in a matatu stage and the number of passengers increase compared to the available vehicles, the fare will increase by 50%.


And now as the matatu crackdown intensifies, the police take advantage to start making extraneous demands on all motorists. They will check your fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, dustbin  etc, and if you satisfy that, they want to find out if your wipers have enough water and are working.

The r bootlickers and sycophants of the highest order. Their work is to defend leaders and cheat public that something is happening. A tumbocrat has no values or morals.
