Kajiado security officials have ordered investigations into hate leaflets circulated in Ngong town on Saturday night.
County Commissioner Harsama Kello, while condemning the incident, said the government is seriously following the matter.
The leaflets warn the Kikuyu, Kisii, Kalenjin, and Meru to leave the county immediately further warning them of dire consequences on August 8.

They were circulated in the region after President Uhuru Kenyatta accused opposition leader Raila Odinga of hate speech.
Uhuru cautioned his main opponent in the election against attempts to incite the Maasai against other communities living in the county.

"Our officers are on the ground investigating the source of those leaflets. We will close in on the perpetrators," Kello said.

He said the situation threatens the cohesion among the various tribes living in Kajiado.
"Let this be a warning to everyone attempting to divide Kenyans that we will arrest them regardless of their positions in the society."
While in Maili 46 town on Tuesday, Raila said
" Jamii ya Maasai wanauza shamba kwa sababu ya ufukara, gharama ya maisha uko juu, sasa mtu anatoka huko kwao anakuja kununua shamba, msiuze shamba. NASA ikichukua ushukani tutabadilisha hiyo. Serikali yetu itamaliza umaskini ili msilazimike kuuza"
Translation, In English
"Maasai community are selling their lands because of poverty. The cost of living is too high peopple are taking advantage to come and buy land here. If NASA attains leadership, we will change that. My govt will address poverty so you don't have to.
Going by the content  of this hate leaflet:
1.The author must be a literate individual who is fluent in Swahili.
2.The author can't be a supporter of Raila odinga,no sane individual with good command of Swahili will compose a threat  leaflets which will deny his/her favourite candidate votes from members of targeted communities.
3.No persons can afford to make secret meeting and plan to evict people from certain tribes and publicize. As this will keep the government on high alert which will make the "planned evictions" impossible to implement.
4.No sane person can afford to include the name of presidential candidate whose utterances are in his/her "perceived favour"   in a hate leaflet and circulate.
Putting above on considering, it can only mean the author is a busy body aimed at tinting the name of Raila Odinga as a war monger whose presidency will be a threat to certain tribes. In so doing deny him votes from the "threatened tribes".
This is a well calculated political propaganda

Take care of yourself__"The first wealth is health".

By Strive Masiyiwa  A few weeks ago I went to the doctor. I will tell you what he said about my health at the end, but first read this: Twenty years ago, I arranged to meet a well-known British international businessman who invested a lot in Africa at the time. We agreed to meet for dinner at a leading hotel in London.  After a good meeting, we started to walk out of the restaurant when he suddenly collapsed in the lobby. There was total pandemonium as they rushed to get medical assistance. Being London, an ambulance arrived in minutes. I jumped in the back with him as paramedics wrestled to keep him alive. He had had a heart attack and had to have triple bypass heart surgery. Sadly he died a few weeks later. He hadn't been sick and his sudden death surprised everyone. And yet as I reflected on it, and later discussed it with a doctor friend who knew him, I realized he was very laid back about his health despite having a hectic business life. Even during our dinner...
