Scientists say this ritual isn't only clearing your stomach, but also is healthy for the organism, especially for some health conditions like meningitis, arthritis, headache, fast heart rate, diarrhea, vomiting, kidney issues, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, irregular menses, eye diseases, obesity, etc.

This  water therapy cleanses the colon and boosts the stomach chances to better absorb the nutrients from food.
Moreover, a properly working digestive system does a lot more for the body. Also, good hydration promotes glowing skin and removes toxins from the body. The production of new blood cells and muscle cells is stimulated, including the chance of losing weight.

Follow these steps and get the positive results from drinking water early in the morning:
Consume 4 x 160 ml of water right after getting out of bed.
Brush your teeth next, but have breakfast 45 minutes later.
Don't eat or drink anything for 2 hours after your breakfast.
If you can't drink 4 glasses of water, start increasing the amount slowly day by day until you get to 4 glasses.
