So this is how it is

The bungoma man who hanged dangerously on a helicopter was charged in court for endangering his life and that of the pilot.

This is where the nonsense is

Wanjala denied the charges despite thousands of live witnesses on site and millions watching around the world. Even the judge saw the clip.

Further nonsense

Police r still investigating the issue as to if he really hanged

Insitutional bullshit

Now the court has set a hearing to bring in witnesses and determine if its true he hanged on the chopper.
Waste the court's time and everybody's time.

This is our justice system
