Says Viktor Frankl in his seminal book, Man's Search for Meaning; ''it is a peculiarity of man that he can only live by looking to the future-sub specie aeternitatis. And this is his salvation in thd most difficult moments of his existence, although he sometimes has to force his mind to the task.'' Man's life is primarily driven by the desire for future, the unshakable belief that the future holds promise. We invariably cease to live when we think we have hit a dead end, or that there's nothing more to be had by living. Theoretically, there is no limit to man's achievement, and that is what drives men to wake up and strive day after day. I Salute Our Kenya Defence Forces

KDF deployed its airforce immediately {The Kenya Army’s 50 th air cavalry division (50-ACB)} and killed over a hundred Al Shabaab fighters even before they left El Adde. By Friday noon, KDF had launched more than 10 airstrikes against Al Shabaab hideouts in Gedo region. Local residents confirmed that bodies of hundreds of Al Shabaab attackers were lying in the streets after heavy bombardment by Kenya Air Force (KAF) jets. Meanwhile, KDF’s 9 th Kenya Rifles D Company in El Adde, Somalia, has released a statement saying that they will not be shaken by the latest Al Shabaab attack saying they are ready to die protecting Kenya and the people of Somali against the extremist group. “Dying protecting our country and saving our neighbors from plunder is the ultimate victory. We did not enlist in the army to drive the tanks and sling M4s, but to fight for our motherland, Kenya,” the statement read.
