When we are going through times of adversity, It is good to draw back from the emotion for a minute and remember that you have had bad times before, that you have climbed over challenges before, what ever situation you are going through, this is just one moment in time. Know in your heart that 6 months on from here or a year that it may not affect you in quite the same way, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for, you are a survivor, you have all ready learnt along the path of life what it is you need to get you through this trial in your life at this time. Give yourself the time you need to heal, have patience with your self and know that this situation will not last forever, acknowledge that you are a strong person. Do what ever you can to help yourself, if it means taking time out from the situation give yourself that time, talk to some one who has been through the same as you, but remember all is not lost, you will work your way through this situation , just as you have through other situations before in the past, remember another time, when you were not sure how you would get through it, and take time to reflect on that for a moment and see how far you have come. As the seasons change so do we, remember life moves in cycles all the time, change is constant and nothing remains the same forever, you can get through this .
