DETAILS OF THE STOLEN PRESIDENTIAL ESCORT CAR

According to the President’s Spokesperson, Manoah Esipisu, the Presidential escort car which was stolen last week was just an ordinary car. “This was an ordinary car. It is not armour- plated. It is not a limousine. It is not part of the Presidential fleet. It is not a Presidential Escort car,” According to a Press Statement from State House, the car whose registration number is KAW 479Y was bought in 2000 and is rarely used by the President. However, the photo above shows President Uhuru using the BMW immediately after he was declared President-Elect last year.
