By Ndung'u Wainaina; Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu in letter to ICC and tabled before the Court yesterday during status conference says "ministry(Lands) was in the process of reorganizing its operations and had discovered that 1.3 million files were lost, misplaced or misfiled". She said "they had not located any information on land owned by President Kenyatta". This statement made in full glare of cameras and beamed globally is serious embarrassment to the people of Kenya and their country. AG Prof Githu and Jubilee Government, the lies you tell the world completely destroy your credibility and reputation. I think as Kenyans we must take stand on this matter.
