The Cord coalition has proposed to the government steps to take to sort insecurity ie Withdraw kenyan army from Somalia, Replace the Cook-cum1- Security Minister with a competent person. 2. Opposed the taxation of basic needs 3. Cord has criticized the tribal appointment, draconian Media bill with Raila even visiting the National Assembly Speaker, pleading with him to reverse the act of kicking the press out of Parliament building. 4. The opposition has put the uhuruto duo on toes from holding the country hostage over ICC (Uhuru said during the presidential debate that ICC was a personal challenge.) 5. Cord warned the government against paying Anglo-leasing. 6. Just two weeks ago the opposition issued a 32-paged report card on the government entitled "Sins of Jubilee" To make someone accountable u don't do the maths for him but u invigilate/supervise. You just stand and watch them, making sure that they maintain the ethics required why executing their mandate.
