TEAM COOL STRATEGIZE FOR RAILA WIN COME 2017

After losing our victory to the thieves for the second time, we resolved to use a different approach in facing the enemy, who has always used the back door to get his way up something that has undermined the wish and the will of the majority. Our victory has been stolen twice in 2007 and again 2013, it's unfortunate that this happens in a country with a robust law purported to be under democratic reign. With this challenges upon us, the goodwill office of National Youth Coordinator at Orange house sorted to solution from our past failures. Our 1st meeting organized by Benson Musungu had a group great bloggers and opinion leaders meet to discuss the general elections. I must appreciate for the 1st time I met and listened to great leaders with great ideas. We resolved from the meeting steer ahead. A month later our great brother and comrade Bob Njagi organized a great meeting at Kitengela's kaptei Hotel that was well attended. In the meeting we resolved to bring together all Lobby groups that campaigned for HE Raila Odinga and our beloved party Orange Democratic Movement. The reason as to why we sorted to bring together all Lobbies having have worked in different platforms and from different areas we can rise above the mountains and deliver for our party and redeem our Nation to realize the founding father's dream, for we know that United we stand but divided we fall. We have brought together both online and offline lobbies with an aim of steering the consolidated ODM agenda to millions of Kenyans being betrayed by the mumbling and gambling Jubilee government. One of the few governments in the universe without agenda. It's unfortunate that Kenyans go to the ballot after every 5 years but they never realize the fruits of the exercise. This is what has energized us and as a country with a robust constitution governed by democracy, we must have things done lawfully. The Coalition Of ODM Lobby (COOL) has vowed to deliver for Raila Odinga and Orange Democratic Movement, and the journey has just began. Our all inclusive journey to 2017 has began, the only opportunity we have as poor Kenyans is the responsibility of electing leadership, but for 50 years Kenyans have never had an opportunity to elect our leadership as stipulated in law.For 50 years it has been an exercise of the few greedy guinea bigs and cartels who have tortured our nation suffocated our people. Poverty has become the order of the day. They have ensured that we are divided in tribes and never in ideas. Identified by ethnicity and never diversity. The Kenyan moment has come with the birth of team COOL. We shall built our group on 3 major pillars Economical , political and Social empowerment with God's grace upon us and hard work from all us we will deliver .

Take care of yourself__"The first wealth is health".

By Strive Masiyiwa  A few weeks ago I went to the doctor. I will tell you what he said about my health at the end, but first read this: Twenty years ago, I arranged to meet a well-known British international businessman who invested a lot in Africa at the time. We agreed to meet for dinner at a leading hotel in London.  After a good meeting, we started to walk out of the restaurant when he suddenly collapsed in the lobby. There was total pandemonium as they rushed to get medical assistance. Being London, an ambulance arrived in minutes. I jumped in the back with him as paramedics wrestled to keep him alive. He had had a heart attack and had to have triple bypass heart surgery. Sadly he died a few weeks later. He hadn't been sick and his sudden death surprised everyone. And yet as I reflected on it, and later discussed it with a doctor friend who knew him, I realized he was very laid back about his health despite having a hectic business life. Even during our dinner...

Freedom: The One Thing Gaddafi Could Not Give — And the One Thing No Government Can Take Away

For years, the collapse of Libya under Muammar Gaddafi puzzled many observers across Africa and the world. How could a country with high living standards, generous state programs, and a strong economy turn so swiftly against a leader who appeared to have delivered materially for his people? This question is not just about Libya. It speaks to a deeper truth about governance, legitimacy, and the limits of developmental authoritarianism. It speaks to Africa’s political future. And it speaks directly to the crossroads at which Kenya now finds itself. --- The Libyan Paradox: Prosperity Without Liberty Before the 2011 uprising, Libya’s economic and social indicators were strikingly strong for the region. Gaddafi’s Libya boasted: Free education Free healthcare Subsidized housing Cheap fuel High employment An extensive welfare system These were not myths. The United Nations Human Development Index (HDI) of 2010 ranked Libya 53rd in the world and first in Africa. Even today, that ranking stands...
