Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Everybody has resilience. It’s just a question of how much and how well you put it to good use in your life. Resilience doesn’t mean the person doesn’t feel the intensity of the event or problem. Instead, it just means that they’ve found a pretty good way of dealing with it more quickly than others. This I can say from my experiences of life challenges, I have been bent so many times but I never allow them to break me. Everyone can learn to increase their resilience abilities. Like any human skill, learning greater resilience is something that you can do at any age, from any background, no matter your education or family relationships. All you need to do in order to increase your resilience is have the willingness to do so.


You must be prepared in the time and businesses to manage both seen and unexpected outcomes.There isn't one someone who you learn to be fortunate who didn't take and made themselves for their prosperity, so why shouldn't you. Ignoring signs in the life , too is a huge mistake.We as humans are instinctual so why not use what the given in time to take you forward. Signs will tell you of both great and bad things to do and are all in you then pay attention.


There's a great chance you'll have some kind of injury within the life—studies estimate that 75% of us would suffer the tragic event at once or another.But the good news is, the time situation won't necessarily make the life worse.Some factors affect development being the painful event.Changing the core beliefs, learning skills to reduce mental pain, and thinking about yourself as a person are only a couple of of these ways a trained athlete will help you experience positive change following a life-altering event.


The time history is the story about yourself and the events in the life that have shaped who you are. But the story simply comes to time when you contemplate on the significance of these events and how they communicate your values and opinions.The story informs responses to 'Who I am?', 'Why I live here? 'And 'How have I gotten to where I live today?'.
