Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. Launder towels once a week. 2. Use hot water and det...

Dear Uhuru, this is what will happen if you arrest Raila – Koigi Wamwere

Something tells me that UhuruRuto may be
Raila’s biggest campaigners for 2017.
Arresting Raila or even attempting to arrest
him is in other words confirming that he is
right that the €bond money has been
stolen. Let CS Rotich give the list of the
projects that €bond financed.
My friends President Uhuru Muigai
Kenyatta and DP William Samoei Ruto, you
have a country to run. Don’t get distracted.
Kindly ignore Raila but if you two insist that
you must engage him, at the end you
would wish you let him be.
Arresting Raila will earn him immediate
national sympathy. There will be immediate
eruption of violence and demonstrations
across Kenya that may result in scores of
people losing lives and property damaged.
Yet we expecting 7000 visitors attending
WTO meet.
That will also be the reaction of DP William
Samoei Ruto supporters if ICC convicts
him. It is your business as the CEO of
Kenya to make sure that does not happen.
Letting all or one of them go to jail will not
be good for health owing to the attendant
chaos that will ensue.
Raila and Ruto supporters believe in the
the duo, most of them are poor people who
have nothing to lose dead or alive and
therefore they can give it all to defend
their leaders . In fact most of the
supporters would love to die especially with
the biting economic hardships but fear
committing suicide but may love getting
killed by other people on political matters
because they will have died for a course.
President sir, am freely volunteering this
advice, don’t wrestle with a pig in the mad
or a crocodile in the water. Taking Raila to
jail is like wrestling with a pig in the mad.
It will leave you looking very dirty. Raila
loves Prison, prisoners love him and your
Prison Warders love his heroic vitendawilis.
Remember, Raila had been put down by
Obama but our Jubilee Coalition
resuscitated him to where he is now.
Arresting him will make his popularity
rating shoot exponentially.
Secondly sir, I’d like to point out that it is
the business of your government to make
sure that Raila and Ruto stay safe and in
good health. Even fainting by either of
them after eating like it happened to that
Narok Deputy Governor may bring problems
of monumental proportions to the country.
So make sure they don’t even die of
natural courses because their supporters
may not believe it or know the difference.
Their being alive and walking freely in
opposing political circumstances is what’s
keeping this country together. It is also
your business to keep them apart for you
to continue being President. If something
happens to either of them, before a proper
explanation can be offered, many bad
things would have happened in the country.
Sir, what does the 48 Laws of Power say
about your enemy?
Happy Jamhuri your Excellency. I and my
family pray for your good health, excellent
leadership and a peaceful Kenya.
