Interesting things to know about the towel

How often do you wash your towel? Some people wash once a week, while some, once a year. The towel is a fertile breeding ground for millions of microbes, especially those found on human skin and on the gut.  No wonder the towel is one of the objects that facilitate fecal-oral contamination (literally connecting the two ends of the gut).  Worse still, most people keep towels in the bathroom (near the toilet). Every flush of the toilet sends mist with millions of microbes, ranging from H.pylori,  salmonella and other deadly bacteria and viruses. When you wash your hands ready for a meal, and dry them with your body towel, there's high chance you are directly ingesting your fecal matter, or, if in a shared lavatory, someone else's faeces. Unless cleaned well, viruses such as human papillomavirus (causes warts, anal cancer and cervical cancer) can be transmitted when towels are shared with infected individuals. So, what to do? 1. THE EARLIEST KENYA CAN HOLD REFERENDUM IS 2019

saba-saba.jpg

NUMBERS THAT SHOCKS!! The earliest we can have a referendum is 2019... look at this maths 3 months from now for signature collection 6 months for IEBC to verify authenticity of the 5M signatures 3 months for counties to debate the refurendum Q 3 months for the Mps to debate the referendum Q 3 months for the senate to debate the same 6 months for IEBC to start referendum logistics n tendering We need 24 months before we vote only if nobody goes to court to stop or challenge the process. The constitution does not allow a referendum 1 yr to or after national elections! Considering these hurdle,we rule out 2018 coz we shall be fresh from 2017 elections. Normally IEBC cleans up voter registers after 5 yrs again this may render the collected signatures null n void coz the possibilty of someone challenging it in court is high thereby calling for a fresh round of signature collection or new IEBC verification. Referendum 2019 or never!
