Make your life easier and more peaceful

Here are four messages that spirit guides want you to know to help make your life easier and more peaceful:

1. You are enough as is. Many of us are focused on constantly striving to be better. We want to be better people, parents, or spouses. We want to be richer and stronger, wiser and more beautiful. Striving for improvement is great, but your spirit guides want you to know that who you are right now is enough. As you are continuing to grow, develop and explore life, remember to take a breath and appreciate who you are now. You are a beautiful divine soul, doing the best you can in your life. That is enough. 2. Everything is helping you in some way. Every person and event in your life is helping you in some way, whether you realize it or not. From the workers who build the streets you drive on, to the annoying woman at work who is making it easier for you to quit and start your own business ... everything is helping you in some way. When encountering a difficult situation or person, your spirit guides suggest asking, "How is this helping me?" Then take a moment to listen within and allow the answer to come to you. You'll be amazed at how much peace and clarity you can feel about a previously unwelcome situation, once you realize how it's ultimately helping you. 3. There is always time for YOU. Do you often feel rushed? Have you felt that by the time you've finished your to-do list, there's no time left for you? Do you worry that you're too old, or that there isn't enough time to make big changes in your life for the better? Spirit guides want you to know that there is no rush. You haven't wasted time and you aren't moving too slowly. Everything happens in divine timing, and there is plenty of time for you and everything you want to do in your life. When you feel rushed, take a breath and remind yourself, "There is always time for me." 4. You are loved. The most important message spirit guides have for you is that you are loved. We all have moments of feeling alone or like we've got the weight of the world on our shoulders. You can release that self-imposed burden by remembering that spirit guides are always there helping you behind the scenes. Ask for their help, trust that you will get the answers and assistance you need, and know that you are not alone. You are loved beyond measure, in every moment always loving and will help you your situation from a more positive perspective. Which of these messages resonated most with you today?
